We do our best to give accurate descriptions of our products. Please read product descriptions carefully when choosing your items, and give us a call if you have additional questions! We will refund for defective items as most of our items are one of a kind. We want you to be happy and will work with you to the best of our ability.

• All Sale Merchandise is FINAL and cannot be returned.
• There is NO WARRANTY ON THE LEATHER NECK CORDS that come with the pendants.
• Return policy valid for 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund.
• You must contact us by email or text to return an item.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Please ship your item with insurance for your protection. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping.
